Canyons Coffee
Morty’s Café, Salt Lake City
Morty’s Café is a casual locally owned and operated burger restaurant. Our team oversaw this tenant improvement project, following every step from permitting to final occupancy, as we dealt with some challenging site circumstances of building in downtown Salt Lake City. We at Slade Group were especially happy to be able to bring to life the artistic vision and ideas of this restaurant owner as we converted an empty commercial space to a unique, one-of-a-kind restaurant.
Pure Barre Central Ninth
This beautiful fitness studio located in downtown Salt Lake City specializes in barre exercise. This franchise location was a 7-week start to finish commercial tenant improvement in the ground level of Alinea Lofts condominiums. We pride ourselves in the custom finishes of this tenant space and enjoyed working with the Pure Barre franchise directors along with the new local franchise owner to create in this local favorite. We were successful in helping to design and install a unique soundproofing system to the studio in order to isolate the sound from the residential condos located directly above the space. Our group worked hard to finished ahead of schedule and under budget allowing the franchise to open on time.
ThomasARTS restroom remodel
ThomasARTS is a data-driven, performance marketing agency located in Kaysville, Utah. They have been known to work with some large-scale corporations around the U.S. In this project we supplied and installed top of the line luxury bathroom partitions for maximum comport and privacy. We have enjoyed the various opportunities to work with this company and feel confident they are satisfied with the care and craftsmanship of our work.
Choice Eye Center, Draper UT
Choice Eye Center contacted Slade Group to remodel and enlarge their new tenant space to accommodate their expanding business. This project dealt with a tight schedule to be open for their grand opening and their growing patient pool. The project consisted of demolition work to enlarge their patient waiting room, a lighting re-design, and a new ceiling grid. We also installed updated flooring and paint throughout the space. It was a smaller project but turned out spectacular, and the new owner loved our work.
Intermountain Precision Casting Employee Breakroom
IPC is a commercial business located in Lindon, Utah who reached out to Slade Group, LLC for a need they had to relocate and expand their employee breakroom. This project involved demolition of walls, relocating electrical, installing an acoustical ceiling, painting, cabinets and countertops, etc. We enjoyed working with the owners through constant communications and were able to finish the space according to their expectations. We finished the project on schedule and within budget.
