Paul Slade is an attentive General Contractor with a solid track record for ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to industry quality standards and sticking within established budgets. Paul has always recognized the value of hard work beginning in his teenage years as a laborer on various construction sites. This work ethic continued through his young life as a missionary serving in Micronesia and then in his college studies at Brigham Young University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management in 1995. Paul’s professional experience spans from smaller new home construction, to medium sized commercial projects, up to larger construction management services for engineering procurement construction management (EPCM) projects. Paul and his wife, Kari, decided to utilize their skills and love for building by starting their own General Contracting business alongside their sons in 2018. Paul’s sound understanding of materials, construction techniques, and design applications give way to excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities. He is dedicated to safely completing projects to the satisfaction of clients. He has developed the skills to communicate openly and honestly with clients, other professionals, and members of his group. He has a love for the outdoors, especially when he can be outdoors with his beautiful wife and kids. His hobbies include cycling, both road and mountain, fishing, sports, and he actually enjoys working on Slade Group projects as well as projects in his own and surrounding communities. Paul attributes his desire to construct from years of Lego building as a child, and his love for Legos continues today.

Nickolas Slade
Nickolas Slade began his construction career in 2017 when he returned to the east coast where he served as a missionary for two years. He worked for a geo-technical engineering firm in Boston acting as a quality control specialist overseeing large scale pier and footing production for ground stabilization. Nick then moved back to Utah where he worked full time for a commercial roofing company focusing more on sheet metal and structural work. This also led to experience with commercial single-ply roofing. Nick’s general construction and leadership skills have been acquired from 5 years of ‘on the job’ experience as well as taking higher-level education courses at Utah Valley University. Nick feels that he continues to learn and grow on a daily basis both on and off the job site. We at Slade Group feel lucky to have Nick as a part of our team. His attention to detail, his hard work ethic as well as his sense of humor are all qualities we highly value. Aside from his work at Slade Group, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and dog, mountain biking, riding dirt bikes, skiing, and surfing any time he can get to the ocean.
Jesse Slade
Jesse Slade joined Slade Group as a project manager in 2020. After several years working in business and sales, Jesse made the decision to join the family business. Driven by excellent communication and a focus on the details, he takes pride in making your vision come to life. As a project manager, Jesse will oversee your commercial construction project in a professional and timely manner, from the first consultation to the final approval. Jesse spent two years on a service mission in Peru where he learned to speak fluent Spanish and refined his ability to work hard and accomplish his tasks. We at Slade Group always enjoy our time around Jesse and the skills he brings to the table are a huge asset to our company. When Jesse is not at work, you can find him spending time in the outdoors biking or canyoneering or doing videography with his wife.
